7 Simple Ways to look beautiful naturally (without trying)

Most of us have this ‘misconception’ that in order to look beautiful and attractive, we should use expensive beauty products or we have to go to the parlor every other day. But, let me tell you , it’s not true. You are beautiful and will look more beautiful without using load of products. It’s just some little changes that you make in your daily lifestyle that will make a difference. In this post, we are going to see 7 simple ways to look beautiful naturally, without trying!


Start your day with a big smile and positive thoughts. This will not only keep you happy all day but your family, friends and colleagues will feel the same way around you. A sweet smile with a positive thought in the morning gives you new energy. This positive vibe shows up on your face as well!


Along with eating a balanced diet and cleaning body daily, you should also have a weekly routine to detox your mind and your body. You can massage your whole body yourself or go to a parlor. To detoxify your skin, you should use ubtan all over your body.


In stead of chemical loaded harsh soap, use body wash , face wash or you can use natural products like yoghurt, besan(chickpea powder), Turmeric, Milk, Tomatoes,Cucumber, Honey etc, to clean your skin. These will retain the moisture in your skin. Using natural product will make your skin glow naturally in no time.


We all love being in shape and look great but, thanks to our cravings, we end up being chubby. There are a lot of people who do crash dieting to loose some weight. Any type of dieting without the help of a dietitian is bad not only for your health but for your skin too. When you eat less, you lack nutrients and vitamins which shows up on your face, so it’s important to go for a healthy dieting rather than crash dieting. Don’t stop eating certain food without consulting an expert.


The more colorful your food is, the more healthy your body is. This doesn’t mean that you should eat foods which have artificial colors in it. According to experts, each of your meals must have colorful foods in it. For example :

  • Green vegetables
  • Cucumber
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Beetroot
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Papaya, Bananas, Apples, Oranges and all other seasonal fruits

Besides these healthy natural foods, you should take more liquid based foods like soups and juices. Always drink seven to eight glasses of water everyday. All of these things will affect your body and face making it more bright and attractive.


To have positive thoughts and to get rid of negative thoughts like anger,jealousy or tension, it is important to dedicate at least 10 to 15 minutes of your morning or evening to some form or meditation or yoga. Make a routine to walk everyday for some time too. And you should never go to bed right after eating( lunch or dinner), walk for a little while and then go to sleep. This will keep your digestive system healthy.


To make something more tasty, we should not add oils or masala to our food,it affects our health and our skin badly. Say no to sugary foods or if you are sweet tooth like me, eat a little bit every now and then in proportion , this will help you keep you fit and if you want to loose weight, this tip will speed up that process. All these things will keep your body happy, thus skin will be happy and you will look charming and beautiful.

But, One thing that is the most necessary is to love yourself. Everyone is beautiful in her own way and you are too!

So, these are some of the basic things that i have incorporated in my life recently and i have changed a lot.These simple ways will make you more confident, beautiful and healthy.
