ACNE. This is the most frustrating thing that can happen to us. When it happens , we search here and there ,ask friends to get a method to cure them! Mostly acne occurs on our face due to stress ,environmental changes, food and body changes as well.
There are many creams, medicines and ointments available over the counters , but they might harm our skin so much. I , instead choose a natural way always to get rid of acne and this post is all about what i have used in the past to get rid of acne on my skin and how effective they were for me! Choose the one that suits you the best –
1.) Food :
You may not know but how you eat and what you eat affects your skin. Eating oily and fast food can cause acne. If you have acne then avoid eating all these foods, you will see a lot of improvement in your skin. Also, add some healthier foods in your diet to cure acne. Some of them are –
- Whole Wheat Bread
- Boiled Vegetables
Apart from that ,it is also very important to include fruits like apples, pomegrenate, tomatoes ,papaya, carrots etc in your morning and evening snacks .

2.) Water And Exercise :
Drink lots of water to get rid of wastes of body by sweat or urine and you will get rid of acne fast. This also helps prevent acnes to occur again.
When your stomach is empty , exercise for at least 15 minutes. I would also prefer you to do yoga as i personally have seen changes on my skin after i started doing yoga regularly.
Some Yoga that will help in reducing acne are:
- Anulom -Vilom

3.) Natural Home Remedies :
There are endless home remedies that are available on the internet to get rid of acne but i am compiling the ones that i have tried and that have worked for me!
Tried and 100% recommended, steam your face for 10-15 minutes to get rid of acne. To do this , you need a large steel bowl with wide mouth .
Fill it with water and heat it. After the water is heated , put it on aside and take vapour on face by keeping your face above it at some distance.
To get better benefit, put a towel on your head. After that slowly scrub your face using the same towel and then wash your face with cold water to close all the pores.
I would recommend you to use this tip twice a week.

5.) Everyday Home Remedies :
One way to get rid of acne is to apply Raw milk before sleeping at night. The next morning , wash it.
Or, Mix lemon juice with finely grated date (chhuhara in hindi ) and apply all over your face. Wash it after 15 minutes. For best results, apply this pack at night and every day until there is no more acne.
These tips will definitely help you in achieving acne free skin. If your acne starts to dry up then remove it by using your fingers and then apply milk cream over them. i am sure these tips will help you get acne free skin in very less time. But, remember ,patience is the Key!!
